Our roof trusses are designed and engineered in our own manufacturing plant using the newest machineries and software. We use high quality Australian Structural Pine combined with ‘Pryda’ fasteners to manufacture roof trusses to comply with Australian Building Standards.
Prefabricated timber roof trusses can span longer distances than traditional framework and don’t rely as much on internal structures and beams for support. They are also flexible to work with on site and are adjustable to comply with on-site requirements. When designing floor trusses, sometimes known as posi-struts, we always allow for shower set downs, long spans and essential services such a heating, cooling, plumbing and electricity.
We use the latest technology and machinery to deliver high-quality custom floors to suit your building needs. Our experienced team will work with you to ensure your floor trusses are designed and produced to meet your unique project specifications and delivered on time.
We offer various depths ranging from 250mm through to 310mm, 370mm and 420mm. We use Pryda metal webs to construct strong and lightweight trusses. The open web system allows for easy access, installation and concealment of plumbing, electrical and heating services. The open web system also ensures the structural integrity of our floor trusses and eliminates the need for modifications, such as drilling, notching, or cutting through timber joists.
The addition of strongback bracing provided also significantly reduced vibrations, increases floor stiffness and reduced bounce and movement in the floor system. Arden Truss highly recommend metal web floor trusses for your need building projects.
